No logging food this week, firstly i'll be very busy and secondly I want to see howI go at estimating my calories! I'll be sticking to my no bread rule and i've cut out rice, pasta and potatoes a long time ago so it's fruit, meat, vegetables, salad and yogurt for me now! Next weigh in on saturday morning wish me luck!
Edit: I ordered INSANITY! It should arrive in 2 weeks! I'll be doing before and after photos!!!
