UGH! ok so friday evening and saturday were a loss. I did very well yesterday and got back on track. I am still running, I start week 2 of the c25k today (if I can get around the rain coming in). I am excited. My husband and several friends are signing up for Beachpalooza tonight or tomorrow. we are all super stoked about that, too bad we have to wait all the way till september. however, thats motivation to keep up with my running, I cant be last in the race! its gonna be super fun! Anyway I am still on track mostly, just need to increase my food. its so tough! it seems no matter what I do I cant eat enough, and when I eat enough the only way i get there is to eat the wrong things! UGH!!!! anyway thats all!
