Day 4 is finished! The weekend has been tough, but I've done well. I stayed away from all social events so as not to torture myself! 5 more days!

Yay. You definitely made it through the hardest part. Phase I got a lot easier for me towards the end as my body adjusted to the change in diet. Keep on smashin'!
