El-Sya : awal2 jangan langsung ekstrim bun, bertahap dulu, dan jangan di buat stress enjoy aja, awalnya sama coach alvin 30 days dulu masih bisa cheating pake hukum pareto 80:20,, skrg udh masuk ke kelas advance'a jd skip rice, minyak masih boleh tp canola or Olive oil,, cheat meal boleh seminggu sekali 😁
