Boy couldn't believe I lost weight, need more calories, with me working out. I'am doing weights. Today went out to lunch brought my calories up. Sure alot of fat. I really like entering my food each day helps me to see how I'am doing. Maybe I portion too much. Well I didn't gain so thats good. 125 is where I'am trying to maintain so those are my goals. I love the weight off, it feels like I've got me back from 25 yrs ago.

Thanks for the tip about the water....I bought a big 64 oz jug on Sunday, and have been filling that with water every morning, with lemon juice, and bought some stevia. Really helps, as I know that jug has to be finished before bedtime, so no questions about getting all my water in. Really, really helpful, as trying to simplify wherever I can - and not have to leave it to my memory how much water I drank.
