Lots of good things going on here. Today I weighed in and the dreaded 212# is in the rearview mirror. 211.5 is riding with me in the passengers seat. (For now!)
I am going to attempt to walk 5 miles today. The weather is supposed to get rainy so it will all depend on how well that cooperates. That will really kick things up a notch for me. My legs aren't sore today so maybe my body is finally getting used to regular exercise.
Last night I tried a new low carb recipe as a side dish. I made the mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes and it was actually quite good. I really liked the texture of it. I have some left over for tonights supper. It is surprising how many options there really are for low carb. The recipes are easy to follow and don't require a lot of oddball ingredients so that makes it even more convenient. I think I can do this!
