wow! another lb lost ;).i'm basicly eating the same things every day. and it's working.meat, eggs, and veggies.i think i'm really getting the hang of this, and no more cravings.
129.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 56.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Congrats!! I basically do the same thing for breakfast and lunch... with a little change up at dinner time. If it works... it works! The veggies are sooo important.
