Wah msh bisa under 300 kalori ya cheesy fried rice.. boleh bagi resepnyaa? Keliatannya enakk

@1doolset boleeh ini resepnya : -Nasi putih 170g (cuman karna dimasak dengan low carbo jadi kutulis di fs 85 g) -Jamur 60 g -Keju kraft quick melt 15 g -Margarin 10 g -Saus samyang 10 g -Rumput laut pedas 1 lembar -Oregano+Parsley

Gimana masak nasi putih low carb? Kalorinya jadi turun ya?

@cindy ahsanti caranya pake rice cooker yg bisa masak nasi low carbo,kalo aku pakai merek ecohome, karna bisa nurunin karbo sebanyak 50% otomatis kalorinya juga turun ^^
