1 peeled squid and 1 clove of garlic mix in blender
1 tsp of mass put in oil (160C) - one by one it becomes small squid dumplings, then put it on a paper towel to remove fat;
Mix lettuce, mango pieces, soft cheese, chili, coriander in a salad bowl, add squid dumplings and dressing.
Salad dressing:
Olive oil, honey, lemon juice, black pepper salt.
