Ok less calories today more protine.

Judy I'm worried about you.I can see you have lost 10 lbs so far and that is great but,I'm afraid you are setting yourself up for a let down.You are not following ATKINS INDUCTION properly.You need 12-15 net carbs from Veggies.You are not even close.You need to have 65%-70% of calories from fat,5%-10% from net carbs,and 25%-30% from protien. You can check out my food dairy if you want to. I'm on OWL but most days its the same as induction.Try to follow the program the right way because this is a life change and it takes time to change old habits. I don't mean to be rude, just trying to help a fellow Atkineer.

Thank you for the heads up. I'm not a big fan of veggies so i'm working on finding a few that i do like that won't kill my carb intake. Thanks again. Judy
