So this week I graduated uni and helped my mate move house so haven't been recording what I've eaten but I know I have been eating loads won't be surprised if I've gained weight. I still don't like to think that I'm on a diet it doesn't help me instead I'm just changing what I eat high protein foods are my current thing (mostly because I've found the love for body building) but I still love my food!
