no gimmicks. watching intake. spacing meals, and no junk.
now, while I like rapid weight loss, to get to a goal.
I don't like having to loose those same pounds every year.
this year verses last...
pretty much same weight at same time of year.
15 pounds up from my 2021 low, and 21 pounds up from my 'senior citizen' low.
track it, and it tells a story.
2021 started with wife in intrnsice,care. (she has since recovered) in June my oldest,brother suffered some major seizures...spent 10 days there... (he is holding his own), in September during a charity biking event a freak,accident happened sending me over the handle bars at 23 miles an hour and my own trip to urgent care... due to side effects of,that crash I left a part time job that required walking a lit 3 to 4 miles a night!
so 2021 was a stress and anxiety filled year, and I feel pretty darn lucky to be 1. breathing, 2. enjoying time with wife, 3. talking with my 75 year old brother, and 4. 221.6 pounds is actually pretty good weight for my build.

100.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
