Ini pas buat tmn2 yg kesusahan cukupi asupan protein. Overnight oat pake rolled oat, yogurt, peanut butter, v-soy multigrain (susu uht biasa kyknya sama kandungan proteinnya). Aku jg suka tambahin bubuk cinnamon sama kurma tp lg ga punya kurma 😁
