I'm moving back toward IF eating style. It allows me what I need at this point in time, the feeling of satiety. Fall is tough. The body seems to want to load up.

IF is 'intermittent fasting' which isn't really fasting at all. It's eating all your calories inside a defined window of time - normally eight hours or less each day. It has the bonus of giving you a couple of nice large meals that make you feel quite satisfied when you're struggling to stay on track. I use it when it suits me. You'll sometimes see it referred to as a ratio. 16:8 etc.

It's cold today, 40 this am, I'm thinking hot soup or stew. One with lots of veggies. Would not have to have lots of calories. Use some yummy rich adzuki beans or some chicken.
