Well nearly then end of my second week on the 5 2 diet, and today is the dreaded fast day, I have to keep under 600 cals today. It's not so easy when youre a chef and today is double shift day aswell. Oh well wish me luck ! :)

Ah, cool. It's only 3 hours away from home then. We do like going to Belgium for our infrequent weekend trips :-). Never been there before so might keep that one in mind :-) How did it go yesterday?

Went ok, as we were busy, it's a lot harder when it quiet on a fast day. Ypres is very busy at the moment with all the 100yrs of ww1 going on, so it's worth a visit.
