Woke at 223.4, up 2.2 after some party hors d'oeuvres last night. UPDATE: I ate breakfast for a change today. Cottage cheese and a protein drink. As a result, I weighed 224.3 by lunchtime. UPDATE 2: Got to 224.0 at dinnertime. Took Denise to the airport to visit her folks for the weekend.
