Well, once more a mixed blessing. My stress level is way too high, but that means I'm not eating as much and not taking care of myself like i should. the result is a weight loss that could just as be dehydration as anything else. But it isn't a weight gain, so there's that. So going forward, i need to take care of myself more, pay attention to what i eat, and do the things that I know will help me succeed. I can do this.
