Good luck you will loose if you stay with it I lost seven pounds in 9 days but some have lost more! It will be worth it! 

You will be great! The thing that I told myself is if I wait it will be a bigger and better reward...it really did work. I lost I think 6 lbs the first 9 days, but like supply teacher said depends on how well you follow...Good Luck!

Welcome - very good attitude - just remember success is great - whether it's big or small. Just a little advise that helped me - make sure you measure yourself also - what you might not see in pounds - you might be seeing in inches. I honestly can say, I didn't wait out the 9 days before weighing in. If you ask my kids or husband, I'm addidicted to the scale ... lol - I do weigh myself every day. Good luck and keep us posted on your success!
