ok, i was hungry w/ shopping and had a big mac and fries. bad bad bad girl!!!. but.... i did buy a new scale and the new atkins book. that will be my new bible ;). so, again.. tomorrow is a new day, and i'am commited to doing 2 wk induction. i can do this , i know i can !!!
