consuming 300 calories per day is the perfect roadmap to land up in an emergency ward of an hospital due to hypoglycemia. Maybe losing fat too, But hemorrhaging major muscle mass that would make you look worse than you look right now. Eat a healthy diet that would put you in a caloric deficit with a good amount of protein , Fasting is really not necessary for fat loss though, my friend. Lose the weight at a slow rate and learn to mantain that.

No. Take time. Sudden changes to the body is not good, they will be health issues. So slowly reduce the calories intake. I suggest just skip having sugar. Like no desserts and no sugar in tea etc. this alone will help to reduce a considerable amount of weight. Do not worry about what others say.. the best is to stay away from such negative company

@SDsouza1 you are right, I'll go with slow method it makes more sense in terms of long term, so far i have completely given up butters, baked stuff like biscuits, all processed foods, dairy stuff, and stuff with oil, and sugar a little because without half a spoon of it black coffee testes like shit of lucifer from hell. Thanks 🖖

I'd encourage you to get yourself in the gym. Follow experts like Layne norton, Jeff Nippard, Alan Aragon. They're amazing sources on nutrition and training.

Also learn about flexible dieting. If you like having carbs/ like more processed foods, It will help you not lose your sanity while dieting. The major reason why people yo-yo diet is because they restrict certain foods that they consider are "fattening" where as it's the net caloric balance that matters at the end of the week. When the diet is over, the restrictions are gone and any food that was previously off limits is going to be a temptation, mostly is gonna be overfed on because "I was such a disciplined person before. Now I should be allowed anything I want ". Well the body cares about next calorie balance. So fat gain eventually occurs. If you incorporate flexible dieting, These issues are gone for the most part. Moderation is a key factor however.

@Chandna62, oh yes i have given uo packed foods for good, i don't do Sunday off limit thingy, i took like 2 months to achieve giving up on packed food and now they are gone for good... All i had to do was.. Start hating them packed food.. 😅.. Now i don't crave for any of it i stead all i care about now is to having somthing during those three meals which will make me feel full and get through the day.. And i do go to gym 2 hours to 3 hours everyday i do 1.5 hours of cardioid which has treadmill 30 min, cross running 30 min, cycling 30 min, then i do 30 min of abs and belly stuff like crunches and 1 Hour of strength,... I do strength first and than cardio. I am being careful and used to of what i am eating now and ensuring that i am in calory deficit i also ensure that my metabolism is up during night and day by drinking black coffe with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I want to make this a integral part of my life and not a fling kinda thing, kinda hard to be honest 😅. I herd chewing gum can make a difference too? Like it can kill hunger a lil bit..? Also, that stress also meed to go if i wanna lose fat? That's impossible for me my work is frustrating i am at C position.
