Considering all the alcohol I drank this week… the scale has been quite forgiving ☺️ now to stay Keto over the holidays!

93.2 kg Lost so far: 11 kg. Still to go: 14.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week
