Thanksgiving has passed. I got to eat a pecan pie. Also stuffing, lasagna,ham, turkey, sweet potatoes and lots of drinks. I was invited to the neighbors house and I had carrot cake, oxtails, curry goat and sorrel - all wonderful. I also had a bun, hard dough bread and patties from another neighbor - all good and delicious. Now Christmas is on my heals where I am looking forward to Black cake, along with other festive deserts.
