WOW! All I have to say is WOW!!! I've been eating foods from MyFitFoods for the past 3 days, mixed in with my own dinners of course and I think I've lost more weight this week then the past 2 weeks combined!! Plus doing a small liver cleanse could be helping too with my regular exercise program kicked into high-gear. Go Cranberry juice!
94.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
