I still don't think I'll be able to start it because I do mainly live off cereal and toast, I'll try eating some brotein or so instead T_T I did notice that I stayed full longer when I just made an omelette instead of eating cereal :O

i noticed that too, i have been warned to get my caloric intake up over the 1200 a day i do but i don't think i can eat more, stay satisfied to full since going low carb

lol that was an accident :'D brotein sounds good though don't think it's be something to eat though :O
