woah you were right low carb rly is the way to go, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCpOKzSTyFg I still don't think I'll be able to start it because I do mainly live off cereal and toast, I'll try eating some brotein or so instead T_T I did notice that I stayed full longer when I just made an omelette instead of eating cereal :O

i noticed that too, i have been warned to get my caloric intake up over the 1200 a day i do but i don't think i can eat more, stay satisfied to full since going low carb
