Little sad. I did really well eating and working out and only lost 0.2oz :( I guess it is better then a gain or none at all. but i was hoping for a least a pound.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
