Today, my mini goal will be to get all of my calories in. I just haven't been hungry and I think I need to get those calories in order to keep this fat burning equation going.
As I sit here drinking my coffee, I realize that may be a bit of a challenge since I'm still not hungry from yesterday. And I even exercised. I thought that would make me want to eat but the tank still feels full. I've never felt satisfied on a diet before. I can't believe I am not having the opposite problem and inhaling everything I come in contact with.
I'm thankful that i've been on this diet almost three weeks and still have the drive and determination to continue.
