昨天量體脂,沒設定沒記錄,今天再量一次!(原來要先設身高及年齡)😅😅😅 體重:49.05 BMI:19.6 體脂:20.5 筋肉量:36.8 骨量:2.3 內臟脂肪:2.0 基礎代謝:1106 身體年齡:33 身體水分:56.6 不運動不健身,所以也不清楚體脂計的功能,但數據應該都正常吧,就是身體年齡很礙眼!希望能下降啊!
