Worked last night through today, 3rd shift, 16 hours. Came home, awake. Finally crawled in to bed and slept for about 2 hours before kids screaming and husband screaming at kids, and sweating like a pig because the electricity went out causing my fan to turn off..... I tried but could not fall back to sleep.
I finally just got up and started getting myself ready for work. Shower, do my hair and make up and then baked Oopsie rolls, packed breakfast and snack for tomorrow, which usually resembles dinner....
I'm not sure how I will survive this night. I'm already looking forward to crawling in to bed tomorrow morning.
Sleep deprivation is cruel. Weight loss does not happen when someone is sleep deprived. I will avoid the scale, maybe, I hope, until Wednesday or Thursday.
