Hmmm.. I don't think my pain is really what it it, it's not Achilles Tendinitis cos hurts more up, leg part, nth to do with my foot, foot is fine.. I guess I pulled a muscle or smth.. Gonna take tons of vitamins to heal quicker. Any suggestions on that? I heard fish oil is good for recovery? Total mileage of running this year so far - 138.95!!! 8-)
