I just looked and I noticed that since April 24, 2021, I have lost 23.8lbs total. That is a lot for me and I am very proud of myself for that!! It has officially been 6 months 3 weeks and 3 days since I have had a soda that is a huge success with that as well!! I have cut back on sugar intake I still have a glass of chocolate milk once per week I have drunk 64 oz of water everyday until last weekend I have to restart that again :(
My steps have dropped down again due to me not carrying my phone everywhere I go so my goal to fix that is to buy me a pedometer so I know how many steps I take daily.
Goals for the next week: 1. Drink more water 2. Eat less sugary foods 3. Walk more 4. Exercise more 5. Record my food intake more 6. Buy a pedometer to track my steps
