Finally broke through the 170lb set point! I have been "almost" fasting, but seem to break it in the evening. Not overeating but not a true fast. Nothing to do for next three days, no events or celebrations, so I am attempting the next fast. Short term, not too strenuous, including tea, coffee, and bone broth. Let's see what happens??
