TB 162.. butuh waktu setahunan, Krn emang gak matok harus turun cepet2.. pernah sampe 51-52.. tp aku gk happy, mens sempet berhenti padahal aku cut 300an dari tdee..akhirnya mutusin utk stop defkal.. dan makan d kalori maintain/ surplus sampe skrg
