I feel like I’m starting all over again, my life changed and got busier but I’m getting into the swing of it. I gained around 10 pounds so I’m feeling a little demotivated because I have a low weight that I feel like I have to get back to before I can celebrate any loss. On a good note I’m changing my ways before any of my pants don’t fit this time 🤷🏼♀️
