I'm unsure about rice cakes. Thoughts?? yay or nay?

I love them, takes getting used to, but a great platform to build off, lunch, dinner, breakfast, snack, you can use them for every occasion all you donia change your toppings

A definite yay! I love that you can have them sweet or savory... My favourites are pb/banana/blueberry and lettuce/tomato/egg on chia seed rice cakes 😋

Thanks, everyone! 😁🎊 Are they okay to eat when you are insulin resistant? The internets can't give me a definite answer.

plain...nay from me... but crakerbreads or yoghurt rice cakes.. yay. also. Woolies has delicious veggie cakes. like rice cakes but flavourful. I think they're made included with chia and beetroot or carrot is the other flavour.

I love brown rice cakes! Make a spread with some peanut butter, a bit of flavoured whey protein powder & a bit of water!
