Dear diary, just kidding.
But seriously I think I am burned out on counting calories. It has not seemed to really matter for a long time anyway as my weight really wants to be around 153--who am I to fight that? I'm not going to starve myself or go to any extreme lengths to be thinner. So I'm giving myself permission for the next little while to let go a little bit of paying attention. I'll let my body and hunger cues take over for a time and put my mind on other tasks and projects. I'll probably keep weighing myself and check in from time to time but I cannot keep writing down every little thing I eat.
