Weighting in at a whopping 150 pounds! I got on a weight loss program.(12/26/2010). Working out at the gym just not getting the results. MY goal weight was 125 pounds and I reached that goal 3/1/2011. I'am eating healthy again, I feel like the old me again, I'am in transition and maintance which is an everyday decision of how much of this and that. I notice there's so many more healthier choices out their, then the 80's and 90's,I'am loving it. Keeping track of my food has been enlighting, I'am not taking in enough calories, plus I'am going to the gym, speaking of the gym I'AM SOOOOOOO SORE!!!! The thought of leg presses, lunges, anything to do with my legs is killing me right now, but it's all good, that may mean,those muscles that I once had back in the day are finding there way home, trust me I've missed them.
