Day 9 - had my grand daughter's 8th birthday. Did well all morning and most of the afternoon. Later in the day, I ate potato salad (my weakness) and again later in the day. What a mistake!!! Felt ill all night, stomach ache since I had not had that many carbs in over a week. Learned my lesson.
Day 10 - Back on Track!!!!!
