Week 3 Weigh In: 146.6, waist 30". Down 1.8 pounds this week, 7.2 pounds in three weeks, and a total of 9"! Size 6 clothes are fitting well again. I fully expected to be at 148 this morning due to TOM, but I'm actually down. Maybe yesterday was my only bloat day this time?
66.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

And scary! I think if I lose the last 10-12 pounds, I'll have to buy a whole new wardrobe in like a 2! :)
