Thank you! It has been about a year between these photos. I started with calorie counting and just sticking to my deficit, figuring out how to swop lower calorie foods with my favorite foods then added resistance training, just at home though.

Thank you!! It can definitely be done! But that is not to say it is easy. I started so many times only to give up when it felt too difficult. I started with small changes, watched alot of you tube on how others have managed but I think it really stuck when I figured out my why. Motivation comes and goes, but your why will keep you on track. Some days are great and some are.. not, but the key is not perfection but consistency. There is a great Facebook group called macros ink that has also been super helpful. Still have a way to go but all in time😋
