Forgot to weigh in this morning. No big deal.


Yesterday's non scale victory was walking an entire mile without stopping, for the first time since I had Covid in March. That made me happy. I just haven't had enough lung power to do it until now.

Hubby's lifelong friend is coming to visit today. He hasn't seen him in 2 yrs, due to Covid and hubby's very strict orders from the Oncologist. It will be the first time anyone will be in our house that has not been vaxxed, and only 4th time ANYONE has been in the house in that long. Honestly, it makes me very nervous. I'm just thinking it is a gift to both of them to be able to see each other in person. As always, I'm trying to find the positive in each day.
