I often try not to look at myself when I’m naked . I have stretch marks all which are a HUGE insecurity of mine . Today I decided to live intentionally and take control. I faced myself in the mirror and I know I will be proud of this body soon ! 💪🏾

I feel this - post babies I also have stretch marks and it's hard to face. It has been getting easier as I've preceded on my journey, I am facing the reality that they will always be there, and focusing on the things I can change as much as I can

I’ve always had stretch marks, even before having babies. They do get lighter with bio oil, coconut oil or any good tissue oil. Everyone has them. Btw, you look adorable❣️
