jwright8221's Journal, 26 Oct 21

I am a RN on a ICU, and families will bring food for the unit from time to time. Most the time it’s donuts, or pastries of some sort. They are very handy to grab and eat up when your zipping around the unit. Of course one turns to two and then three before you know it. This weekend was no different with donuts one day and cookies the next. I want to take “just one” many times but did not and made it through the weekend stick to the food I brought with me. I felt like it was a huge victory for myself.

Thanks for listening
