Well, I've actually been on the Dukan Diet for 39 days now. I was able to stick to it a 100% for all these days and have lost 9.4 kg so far. Yeah, I had let myself get to 115.9 kg, my highest weight ever.
Dukan website suggests that the weight I'll be able to achieve and maintain is 70 kg, so I set up that as my new goal instead of the 60 kg that I was never able to weight before. If I happen to lose more than that by following the diet, it's a win-win situation.
For now, I'm focusing on getting under the 100s. I hope I can achieve that by next month for a wedding I'm attending, but it might be farfetched... I'll do the best I can though!
