Ayam lada hitam
Marinasi ayam dgn sedikit saori lada hitam, saori saus tiram, saos, ladaku (sambil marinasi bisa lsg bikin sayur)
Cara masak:
- Tumis ayam di pan anti lengket, klo ga punya bisa pke minyak dikit smpe stgh mateng aja
- Stlah itu masukan bombay dan baput
- Tumis sbntar lalu masukan air sedikit
- Masukan bumbu lada hitam, saus tiram, kecap, ladaku, garam dikit2 ajaa
- Aduk2 lalu diamkan smpe air meresap

Sayur bening bayam + wortel
Cara masak rebus air smpe mendidih lalu masukan wortel dan bawang merah
Kalau wortel udah mateng bisa lsg masukin bayam
Ditambah garam dan saus tiram
Simple ajaa
