orang rumah pada bingung ini diet kok makannya sepiring besar. bingung jg jelasinnya dulu makan asal kenyang aja ga ngurusin kandungan gizi klo skrg kan harus mikirin protein, karbo, serat dan kalori harian. makan segini bnyak aja ga nyampe 500 kcal 😅
