This past Saturday I reached a milestone...it's taken me 3 1/2 years, but I finally reached my big goal of losing 100 lbs! I am beyond excited! To celebrate, I went and bought a few tops. I kind of splurged as far as food goes yesterday, but I think I deserved it since I rarely splurge anymore.
Anyway, I thought today would be a great day to get started with this! My friend, Kelly, told me about it and I think it's a great idea to keep track of everything!
As far as food, my schedule is out of whack today. I had a dr appt this morning that threw everything off, so I only had lunch today (so far)...it was a portobello mushroom, onion, and mozzarella sandwich on pressed bread. it was alright, not the most filling.
For a snack later, I'm going to have a serving of the Food That Should Taste Good jalapeno tortilla chips. They're great, and they have 3g of fiber in one serving! You don't normally see that in tortilla chips!
Dinner is TBD...I guarantee chicken'll be in there though!
I joined the 20 lbs lost in 12 weeks challenge. I hope I can do it!! :)
