3/ just eating x calories is misleading, some calories are bad (like peacemaker etc.)I need to eat more “okay” ones and “good” ones like fruit and veg. 4/ my weight will go up and down as I lose weight in a cycle (huge learning point). I just need to hang in there. 5/ I have to stay hydrated. Cutting down on milk and coffee and all added sugar.
