So I hit my final target two days ago. I lost 27 pounds in 4 mouths.
I feel so much better.
What I learned about myself: 1/ I can lose weight, don’t give up 2/ eating the min I can is it the answer. 1k calories a day is my sweet spot (huge learning point)
