what am i doing wrong i cut down on diet cold drinks. i drinks lots of water so what am i doing wrong on here

Are you moving? Cut OUT diet drinks. You don't need the aspartame.

When you do low carb, you have to replenish those energy calories that typically come from carbs from either fat or protein, I would try upping one of those and see if that helps??

I would say your fat ratio is pretty good on most days (since there are more than double the calories per gram of fat to per gram of carbs, more than doubling your recommended fat intake would be excessive, so good job there)....maybe up your protein a bit (I am low-fat and shoot for over 100grams a day protein at 2 workouts a day)...and fiber, your fiber is really low...and I always tell people that when you think you're drinking enough water, add 2 more glasses...you just kinda have to play around with what will work for YOUR body, we are all different so no matter what advice I give you, you have to play around til you find what specifically works for you :)
