I am so close to my first goal of losing 50lbs and I am stoked! I can see such a huge difference in my body.
I haven't worked out in 3 days because I have an awful head cold, but the soup diet is helping me stay on track. hopefully I can get back at my meal plan and exercise tomorrow.
also, shout out to all of you putting in the effort. Keep going friends! We can do this ❤
